Chicken Bruschetta with Fire Grilled Red Pepper Aioli

Method

Place the chicken in the Wild Appetite Garlic Mustard Marinade and allow to marinate for 30 min.

While the Chicken is marinating, slice the bread 1.5cm thick and place the bread on a barbecue or griddle pan until toasted and golden brown.
Drizzle with the Wild Appetite Toasted Garlic Olive Oil.

Fry, grill or barbeque the chicken until cooked, slice the chicken thighs into thin strips.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Spread each piece of toasted bread with the Wild Appetite Fire Grilled Red Pepper Aioli.
Top with slices of grilled chicken, baby lettuce leaves for some crunch and drizzle with the Wild Appetite Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
