The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.wildappetite.co.nz , By accessing, using, browsing and/or selection of goods & services for purchasing via this website, you agree that you understand, accept and that you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Reference to Wild Appetite, we, our, us or the Company, in these terms & Conditions shall mean WILD APPETITE LTD.
We reserve the right to review, change and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and we have no obligation to notify you of any changes that may be made. We have made every attempt to ensure the information on our website and Shop on Line is true and accurate, however, we will not warrant its accuracy and completeness and we will not be responsible for any errors or inaccuracies and completeness on this website.
Your use of our website and our ’’ Shop on Line ‘’ represents an agreement by you that you agree to our terms & conditions and any amendments made.
Our website and Shop on Line has been designed for your information, convenience and ease of purchasing. We take available steps to prevent unauthorised access to our website however, we will not be liable for any damage or loss if any party gains unauthorised to the website and Shop on Line.
You are not permitted to purchase on our site for the purposes of resale, unless agreed with the Company prior to any purchase.
You are authorised to print a copy of any information contained on this website for your personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
All copyright of text, graphics, designs, logos and registered trade marks on our website is the property of Wild Appetite Ltd, and should not be used for commercial gains or in a manner which may be misleading, confusing or deceptive.
Through our website and promotional programmes it is necessary to obtain certain private details. These are required for instance to deliver goods to you or even to deliver one of our promotional give aways.
Customers through purchasing through our Shop on Line will provide information of themselves, such as name, email address, phone contact etc.
Firstly we do not disclose, sell or trade any of this information to others. We do however, use this information to improve our promotion and marketing of our products whether by our website or via our email promotion campaigns. Our email campaigns will always have an ‘’unsubscribe’’ facility for your details to be deleted from our system.
Any purchases & payments made online are transacted by Payment Express. This system of payment securely authorises credit card payments prior to any charges made to your card.
The Company may use ‘’cookies’’ which have the ability to identify your computer IP address, not you personally. It can also provide info on date & time the website was accessed. You also have the right through your own computer settings to accept cookies or not.
Security of our systems and personal information is important to us at Wild Appetite but we cannot take responsibility for any damage, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destroy of any personal information which you have submitted to us.
All prices stated in our Shop on Line are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
We reserve the right to change product prices, freight delivery fee costs at any time without notification.
The Customer will pay the Company for the products ordered at the time the order is placed and submitted to the Company’s email address.
We always try to ensure the website prices are competitive with retail prices however, we cannot guarantee this as the Company may run retail store promotions from time to time and also our Factory Shop in Albany may also have products priced with different promotional prices.
Customers who have decided to purchase through our Shop on Line agree to pay the prices for the products ordered plus a freight delivery fee.
The Company may decide to have a FREE freight policy from time to time with selected conditions such as quantity purchased or within certain regions.
The Company will make every effort to ensure products ordered are delivered but will not be held accountable if selected products are out of stock or unavailable for whatever reason.
The Company reserves the right to modify or change the prices of product and freight delivery fees on the website from time to time without prior notice.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries will be made to the address provided with the details at time of order. The address must be accessible & safe for the courier company to deliver and drop off. Should the courier company decide not to leave the goods as deemed not safe or no one at home to accept and sign for the goods, a note will be left at the address for collection point of the goods at an alternative address, likely to be the Courier’s local office depot.
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers. Please supply
a physical address for all orders. The courier will require a signature
upon delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls and
you have not requested special delivery instructions at the time of
ordering, the courier will leave a card with contact details so you can
arrange a suitable alternative delivery time.
If you request goods to be left in a specific location at your home in
your absence, this gives permission for the courier to leave the delivery
without a signature.
Deliveries will normally take 3-4 working days for North Island deliveries and 3-5 for South Island deliveries. Delivery times for Rural delivery cannot be easily determined due to some remote areas of RD addresses. We will not be held liable for delays in delivery whether the delay has been caused beyond the Company’s control or not.
Some delays may also occur around the Christmas period due to the heavy volume of freight moving around NZ.
We do not send online purchases to overseas addresses unless the customer has negotiated the terms separately with the Company. As there is no GST on export orders, any request needs to be negotiated separately by contacting us on email@example.com in order to prepare a separate quotation for you.
RETURNS & QUALITY POLICY
Our products have a shelf life of 2 years unopened. Upon opening, products should be kept refrigerated and used within two months or otherwise as stated on the label. Once the goods are in your possession we cannot be responsible for any fault with the products because their care is out of our control.
However, if we agree with the customer that the product(s) were delivered in a damaged or not fit for use / spoiled condition, the Company will either refund the purchase price of the said products in question or replace the product.
Exception to this is in the case of a manufacturing fault or product recall only, where it is the Company’s liability to refund any product in question.
LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
The liability of the Company Wild Appetite, for any loss, injury, or damage arising from any defect or non compliance of a Product shall not exceed the value of the purchase price
The Company and or its employees / agents shall not be liable for any consequential damage or loss of any kind in relation to the Customers’ use of the Shop on Line or delivery / non delivery of any products.
The Customer also agrees to indemnify The Company and its employees & agents against all liabilities, losses, claims and expenses that may have suffered or incurred and all claims and demands made against the Company its employees and agents, arising from the Customer’s use of Shop on Line and any breach of our Terms & Conditions or delivery or non delivery of products.
