Method:
Place ribs in oven bag, empty packet of Tastes Divine BBQ glaze onto ribs, tie bag and toss until the glaze has completely covered all ribs.
Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge or over night if you can.
When you are ready to cook take the ribs from the fridge and let them come to room temperature, approx 20mins. While you are doing this preheat your oven to 160C. When the oven is at temperature put your bag of ribs in an oven dish, place in the middle of your oven as the bag will expand and you do not want it to touch the elements. Cook for approx. 90 mins. The longer you cook them the more tender they will be. Once cooked let them rest for 10mins before you serve and be careful not to burn yourself by the steam when opening the bag.To serve plate the ribs leaving the excess cooking juices in the bag, drizzle some Urban Appetite Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce or your favourite BBQ sauce. To finish sprinkle ribs with some toasted sesame seeds.
