1 Large packet of Baby Rocket
Fennel
150g Pine- nuts, toasted
200g Buffalo Mozzarella, torn into bite size pieces
Wild Appetite Blood Orange & Poppy Seed Dressing
 
Mix all ingredients together and toss lightly
