CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
Our food safety audited process facility located in Albany, Auckland has the capabilities
to offer contract manufacture to clients on an open and transparent basis, in order to
achieve a cost effective end result resulting in a win – win, by meeting the clients
specification at least cost.
We have our own Food Technologist available on site if concept, development of recipes
and process optimization is required, and/or we can work with your team to reach your
expectations. Working together, if required, will always produce better and faster results.
All information supplied is kept strictly confidential as we also know the importance of
one’s intellectual property.
Our own unique setup and equipment allows us to produce for clients wanting small
batch sized runs of 100kg of product to the larger volume orders.
The process is capable of blending, cooking in jacketed vessels, filling into glass or
plastic, labeling, packing and storage & dispatch if required. Packaging can vary from
small 50 g jars up to food service 2L – 20 L pack sizes
We operate under a full FSP, audited by external certified body annually, using HACCP
and GMP principles.
