Delicious wine jelly created from New Zealand Merlot wine.
Serve with cheeses and a glass of quality New Zealand wine. Delicious with roast meats, game and poultry. Simply luscious served on scones or pikelets.
Pass jar under hot water, open lid, run knife around inside of jar and turn jelly out onto cheese board or simply serve from jar with spoon.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Merlot Red Wine (15%), Glucose Syrup, Food
Acid (Citric, Sodium Citrate), Pectin
Contains Alcohol, Sulphites
Free of artificial flavour, colour.

Cheese Platter with Wine Jellies
Ingredients:
1 wedge ripe Brie
1 wedge blue cheese of your choice
1 jar Wild Appetite Reisling Jelly
1 jar Wild Appetite Shiraz Jelly
Method:
With lid firmly fastened, run each jar of Wild Appetite Wine Jelly underneath a hot tap. Unscrew lid and turn moulded jelly upside down onto platter. Add cheeses and serve with water crackers.
