Terms of Trade


RETURNS POLICY

Our goods have a shelf life of 2 years unopened.
Upon opening goods should be kept refrigerated and used within
six weeks. Once the goods are in your possession we cannot be
responsible for any fault with the products because their care is out of
our control. Exception to this is in the case of a manufacturing fault or
recall only.

We use dps secure network for all our transactions. For more

PRIVACY

Confidentiality is our guarantee to you. We respect your privacy and
we are committed to protecting all personal information that you
share with us. When we require information to provide services that
you request, or when you choose to provide us with your personal
information, we guarantee that it never will be released without your
permission, under any circumstances.

ORDER ONLINE AND PAYMENT

Select what you would like to purchase from the categories and
proceed to make payment. We require 100% payment when ordering
which can be made by credit card MasterCard or Visa or by internet banking
direct to our account. All prices given are in New Zealand Dollars, but can be
converted to other currencies by selecting the currency you choose. Conversion
rates to other currencies will be those applicable at the time of transaction.

All freight and packaging charges are based per carton per address.
Orders requiring delivery to different addresses incur multiple delivery
charges. See above.

Overseas orders for delivery in New Zealand please see freight
schedule above. For delivery outside of New Zealand please contact

DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND METHOD

We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers. Please supply
a physical address for all orders. The courier will require a signature
upon delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls and
you have not requested special delivery instructions at the time of
ordering, the courier will leave a card with contact details so you can
arrange a suitable alternative delivery time.

If you request goods to be left in a specific location at your home in
your absence this gives permission for the courier to leave the delivery
without a signature.

Any courier damage must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, by email or
telephone.
